Age Limit : Candidates upper age should be 63 years for Sl No 1 to 5 and 53 years for Sl No 6 to 9.

Educational Qualification : MBBS Cert/PG in Gynec cert/Experience Cert & Medical Counsel Registration/BDS

Last date for receipt of application form : April 19, 2014.

Date of interview : April 25, 2014.
