University of Kashmir, Srinagar recruitment 2014 for Various posts

University of Kashmir, Srinagar has issued an employment notification for the recruitment of Teaching/ Administrative posts. Applications are invited for filling up 144 Associate Professor, Professor, Asst Professor, Librarian and other vacancies. Eligible and interested candidates may submit their application in prescribed format on or before 15th April 2014.

Educational Qualification : Post-Graduate Degrees/Ph. D/Master’s Degree/

Age Limit : Not more than 44 years for various posts.

Application Fee : Candidates will have to pay Rs. 500/- as application fee.

Salary :

1. For post 1, 3 and 7: Pay Band is PB - 4 and Pay Scale of Rs 37,400 to Rs 67,000 plus Academic Grade Pay Rs 10,000 per month, Academic Grade Pay Rs 9,000 per month for post 4 & 9.
2. For post 8 Pay Band is PB - 3 and Pay Scale of Rs 15,600 to Rs 39,100 plus Academic Grade Pay Rs 8,000 per month, Academic Grade Pay Rs 6,000 per month for the post 2, 5 & 9 and Academic Grade Pay Rs 5,400 per month for the post 10 & 11.
